Execution Plan Goals

Activity 1: Timely Conduct of Classes and Completion of Syllabus

Improvement Plan: Digital classrooms will be introduced under the project. Guest Faculty and Contractual Faculty will be engaged to ensure smooth and timely completion of the syllabus.

Activity 2: Academic Support for Weak / Backward Students

Improvement Plan: Faculty members will be motivated to provide special attention to weak students. This support will be integrated into the academic timetable.

Activity 3: Access to Library and Computer Laboratory

Improvement Plan: New computer labs and computers will be established. The Library and Computer Lab will remain open during college hours, and students will be encouraged to use these facilities.

Activity 4: Placement and Employability Promotion

Improvement Plan: A Skills Lab will be set up to provide entrepreneurship and employability skills training. A Placement Cell will be established in the college.

Liaison with local industries.

Training through agencies such as Banking Guides, DIC, MSME, and Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes.

Activity 5: Strengthening Communication with Stakeholders

Improvement Plan: Regular meetings of parents, students, and teachers will be conducted.

Periodic sessions with career guides to inform students about different career opportunities.

Activity 6: Enhancing Faculty Competency

Improvement Plan: Faculty members will spend at least one hour daily in the library.

Monthly Faculty Development Programs will be organized.

Brainstorming sessions, language training, and interpersonal communication training will be conducted in the Skills Lab.

Activity 7: Monitoring Learning Outcomes

Improvement Plan: A Daily Performance Report system will be introduced to track students and faculty performance.

Activity 8: Increasing Revenue Sources

Improvement Plan: Revenue will be generated through student fees for extra courses, public donations, and other institutional income sources.
